As we serve freshly prepared food and beverages, we maintain a No Return and No Refund Policy.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

Refunds

All orders placed through our website are non-refundable. Once payment has been successfully processed and the order is confirmed, no refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may only be cancelled before food preparation begins.

  • Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.

After reviewing the issue, Prem Chai may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item. Refunds will not be issued.

Failed Delivery

No refund or replacement will be provided if the order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • An incorrect or unreachable phone number.

  • The customer being unavailable to receive the order.
